Client Cancellation

All cancellations must be made in writing via email. Cancellation charges depend on the stage of event planning.

Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Payments

Advance payments, booking fees, and third-party costs are non-refundable once incurred.

Force Majeure

In cases beyond our control such as natural disasters or government restrictions, events may be rescheduled. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
